There is no “gym atmosphere” in Sento. We certainly have fanatical gym members, but everyone is working towards good health. People who take matters into their own hands and work preventively on a strong/relaxed body, that is the drive.

If you want to improve your condition, lose weight, get fit or just enjoy exercising, join Sento Spa and Health Club in Amsterdam where our team of highly experienced fitness instructors is ready to motivate you personally.
Our Health Club is equipped with modern strength and cardio equipment from “Life Fitness”. In addition to the fitness programs we also offer group lessons. Would you like to be able to swim a couple of laps after training? As a Sento club member you can use the The Marnix swimming pool on a daily basis.

The physiotherapists of Sento Medical have a range of specialities. As physiotherapist in Amsterdam we can help you with most forms of physical complaints. Sento Medical is registered with all the health insurance companies based in the Netherlands allowing you to visit our specialists without needing a note of referral from your G.P.
